Some said we wouldn’t last
Not a chance in hell
Fourteen years later
Things are still going well
They just couldn’t see
I guess the were jealous
They just were not thinking
Either that or over zealous
I love you more today
Coming up on ten years of marriage
It’s off to Vegas we go
Champagne and a carriage
We don’t ask the whys
Don’t care about the hows
In the city of sin
Elvis will renew our vows
We love each other
With all of our heart
Nothing can stop it
No burp or no fart
Acceptance is pure
In everything that we do
A perfect couple we are
The doubters just never knew

duddle146over 17 years agoA Couple celebrating many years of a marriage everyone said wouldn't work. I believe the last line says it all ~ "The doubters just never knew." The illustration could have been brighter ~ or not.
