He admires the beauty and grace of his prey.
The trill of the chase
has now given away to the urgency
his need to finish this.
The prey is culled from the rest
so there is no witnesses.
Wouldn't want to spook the masses.

The weapon
freshly forged for this encounter
weighs heavy against it's restraints.
Waiting for it's release and ultimate discharge.

The hand reaches in
caressing
the hardening steel of the barrel
running it's length as it is unholstered.
A dewy glint of moisture
is visible on the end of the muzzle
as aim is drawn upon the target.

The prey is taken!
The urgency erupts!
Pump, shoot, recoil, reload!
Pump, shoot, recoil, reload!
Pump, shoot, recoil, reload!
Pump, recoil, Pump, recoil!

The chamber is empty.
The target is covered
dripping, obliterated
left to ooze it's remains

The weapon discharged
melts away
so it wont be detectable.
Harmlessly it is holstered
to be forged anew
by the next unsuspecting prey
that is destined to become
another notch in his bed post
