See the dusty roads,
Hear the quietness
Feel the Silence all around.
Look at the forgotten emblems and icons,
All lost....
And I ask why?
Only the bleakness of the soundless wind answers,
'Cause man has failed',
I look down to my feet,
And see a small caterpillar struggle to move.
My feet raises to put it out of its misery
And I stop, full of thought, and mercy,
For I am no different from these creatures
We breath, we eat, sleep and excrete.
And I glance up towards the heavens and see
A face look down at me
I close my eyes and feel a brilliance decend
THE ROAD LEADS THAT-A-WAY
THE ROAD TAKES YOU TO NHILL
NHILL IS THE PLACE OF SOUL'S REDEMPTION
GO FORWARD OR GO BACK
ONE WAY LEADS TO PURGATORY, THE OTHER TO INNOCENCE.
So I move forward and walk the road
Unclear where I am going
The caterpillar follows so slowly
Down the road to Nhill.
