I once had a lover named Force
She took my flesh
because she could
because I could not
stop her.

          How could I be innocent?

I once had a lover named Necessity
He took my flesh
because it was cheap
because I was cheap for
selling it.

          How could I be innocent?

I once had lovers named Despair
They took my flesh
because I offered it
because I would offer it
to anyone.

          How could I be innocent?

But why not say

Sex is innocence and joy...

Sometimes ...

we reach out with no goal in sight. Just out attempt to still be in the game. I love the imagery here.

Innocence is just a small part of that game. The part we have to control is ourselves and what we do with what we have in

" the game "

Nice right that makes one think ...
