Sunsets on long fields,
So lovely with its red and yellow hues,
It seems to dance and sway in my mind.

The pale night laughs with its full moon,
As the day gives up its first and last of lights,
Holding on like the faithful to their books.

There is ecstasy, pure and simple.
It has colors in my eyes,
Of reds and yellows turning to blue.

It has been said
That time can not be bottled
But I would try, to remember the times before red.
