I leave the latch unhooked
Wishing someday you might just walk thru
I leave my heart open believing it is complete
And ready for you.

I leave my latch unhooked
loving the fantasy that you
would quietly snuggle into my
back like a spoon and we could
protect each other from now and
forever more.

I leave my latch unhooked
As a tall shadow drifts on by
I seem to see you and ache for you
And I know you know why.
If I leave my latch unhooked
Would you take a chance
And with our friendship
That always present we share
ROMANCE...........................
