They were right.

After just three days,
the wall is crumbling.

The wall built of will
on emotional detachment
Is begning to fall.

They were right.

They said I could not live
in self denial
For so many weeks
and already
it is evident
that they know me better
Than I know
Myself.

They were right.

But there is still time.
My wall may not crumble
in entirety
But now it depends
on the wills of others.

I liked the feel of this. Distant. Removed. I wanted more.
