I miss you so much, words alone cannot say
I think about your smile each and every day
I wonder if your happy, and if you’re free
To be the woman god meant for you to be
I hope you’ve moved forward, and have left your past
You’re life was so crazy, always moving fast
I wanted to be with you, from that first day
But it came with a price, I just couldn’t pay
I always told you I’d never raise my voice
Why would I yell at you, it was my own choice
I wish that I could hold you tight, one last time
I’d like to kiss your soft lips, and call you mine
So on this morning, I raise my glass to you
I’ll wipe my tears dry and start my day anew
