This is this; it isn't anything else.
It isn't a PG movie, where most things will be okay, and you can tell the villains by their long noses or reptilian eyes.
It isn't a dream, where even the horrors are charmed by the sandman's abstractions.
It isn't a journey toward some higher good; humanity isn't a village.
It isn't a war where brave men meet in battle to display their courage and prowess in arms.
It isn't a business where you can pull up a spreadsheet and see how you're doing.
It isn't a product; it doesn't need packaging or graphic design.
This isn't a Picasso, designed to inspire your eyes and mind.
This isn't "To Kill A Mockingbird" or "Uncle Tom's Cabin;" This ain't even a fucking D.H. Lawrence novel.
This isn't a goddamn scientific theory and it ain't no moral test neither.
The glass isn't half full and it isn't half empty; this isn't a fucking glass.
This is not a lotus flower, a sandpainting or a chakra.
This is not a supper and it is not a crucifixion.
This isn't a grassy picnic and it isn't a trip; there isn't anywhere to go to.
This isn't a romance and it isn't an orgasm; sex is an intense business transaction.
This is not good for all debts public and private; you go ahead and trust in God and I'll trust in money.
This is not "Think and Grow Rich" or "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People;" don't ever let your guard down.
This isn't Roy Rogers; Americans make shitty apple pie and you can learn something from terror.
This isn't the unknown country and you can stick Dharma up your bums; you can fall off a mountain, you idiot.
This isn't a gangster's paradise and it isn't a Blue-print; they'll melt down honkey and make chains out of them.
And if you take home anything, let it be these words from me:
This is exactly fucking this and the sooner that you learn that, the better off you'll be.
