There I was, walking in the woods alone today, feeling less a nymph than ever before. The ground infinitely more interesting than the glistening, golden and green forest, captured this girl's attention and focus, so introspective as to be ballet dancing on a tight rope... beautiful but dangerous. Suddenly, beyond herself, the sun rose beyond a hillock. As she wandered, the garments, imprisoning and constricting, eliminating, nearly obliterating self, she reached the rise began to dissipate... wreathed nearly in fog, she opened her tear filled eyes.

Naked she raised her arms above her head and welcomed the warming sun. Baring her soul and her pain, laughter bubbled forth as the warming fingers of the sun played in her hair, wreaked havoc with her desire to remain in the depths of sorrow, and beneath her feet, where before tears had fallen, glistening and useless.. never wasted.. with the sun's loving caress.. she knelt... roses began to bloom...

The Lesson: Not even Tears are Wasted.
