Motto:
- i'll read you a Christmas poem
- Christmas poems make me puke
- it starts ...
- and they never end
through my light I hear the rain
(a rainy Christmass poem)
where is all this water going?
going home going home
soon will greet the family
down around the corner
down in the ocean
Atlantic Atlantic
Atlantic gigantic
spinning the arctic
and antarctic wheels
Atlantic in the sky
knows no 9 to 5
Atlantic steel & grey
will i see another May?
i rode my bicycle about 4am
teasing raindrops soaked my socks
i got home wet -- it's all the same
i got at home asleep
the rain picked up the pace
through my light i hear the heavy rain
i get up at 3pm
rain rain rain
where is all this water going
going home going home
angelic \cars/
now and then
float
on the fountain WINGS of rain
going to slow dance in the wet depths
the water rushes across the parking lot
around the garbage containers
and under the fence
for a Christmas reunion
around the Atlantic table
Atlantic Atlantic
Atlantic gigantic
spinning the arctic
and antarctic wheels ...
