In my mind you are here
Falling gently to sleep
Surrounding me
Holding my heart in yours

I will never tell you
How much I need you
What it will do to me
When you are gone

I know it will happen
You will go away
Everyone does you know
No one stays for long

It will happen suddenly
In a flash of anger
Or of hatred or of boredom
Or knowledge or fear

Still,you will go
Far away and forever
Not ever to return
Not ever to look back

Just know this...
I will be here
Waiting for you
Wanting only you

I am here always
If you come back to me
I will turn to you
I will be yours again

My love for you is
Forever for always
Whatever my situation
I will turn from my life

For as long as I draw breath
I will belong to you
No matter how long how far
This will be your home

Breath taking

your poems catch my heart, so full of aching feeling, very deep emotions.

I won't do it again,that I promise you.

I never should have written this.Sometimes when something comes into your mind it should stay there.Sometimes when you spew the garbage floating around in your head it just ruins the illusion of reality.Like this has for me.Or maybe it has just ruined reality.I am sorry, baby.I won't bother you anymore.

wonderful

I've written this poem a hundred different times and still never quite got it as right as you did.

Thank you for writing what I've always wanted to
