Crawling through time's hallway
On flayed hands and knees
Shedding layers of my past
Space becomes more open
With each passing breath

My hands reaching forward
Grasping for light at the end
That will release me from solemnity
Out into a world of boundless beauty
Inside my mortal earthly existense

Where blue skies dance above
Flowers swaying to love's rhythm
That are copiously intertwined
With mellifluous songbirds singing
On branches reaching upwards

As time's imaginary constraints are shed, all of beautiful existence becomes revealed.

So there is..

a light at the end of the tunnel, I just can't wait to see those sweet-sounding birds. Your words flow like smoothly flowing honey... Somewhere in the world it must be Spring but alas not here.
