You’ve awakened feelings, I'd forgotten were there
And did it quietly and softly, like a strand of your hair

I'm seeing the world with its colors and hues
When a desert flower blooms, I'm reminded of you

There is joy in my heart and a smile in my eyes
Irish Blue when I laugh, indigo when I cry

I adore the emotions that you've made me feel
This love that we share, is exquisite and real

At times I see you through an ethereal mist
At the end of the day, I long for your kiss
