It's great to be a Bohemian:
it's one of the best things
a person could ever want
or hope to be
I mean,
there are titans and kings
(with palaces and yachts)
who have things pretty good,
except that they're always
held in the spot-light
by chains of gold and rubies
There are architects, doctors,
lawyers and realtors:
decent rackets all
with lots of money
to buy up soul-less malls
and vacation on puritan island purgatories
It all might be better
than being a pure straight artist,
a hobo, or a false Bohemian
(also known as an anarchist)
But the true Bohemian
is a beautiful human
who's left behind Plato's Cave
and all the world's dead gods
with their insipid, contradictory laws,
and Nietzchean a-morality as well
The Bohemian's heart beats in harmony
with the primal pulse of Gaiia
and the art she creates
is only the reflection
of a free and daring spirit
flying above the waters of humanity
