When I'm flying
So high up in the sky
I look down and I could just cry
And see the high waters rise up in the land
To be down there,
I could not stand
For what I see is not to be
But to save our lives and to be free
What I need is to be there with you
But what can I do
I feel so blue
And when you say 'hi'
It sends chills down my spine
You just look so fine
It's a waste to see me
I'm nothing
A nobody
A one night stand
Living my life
God I understand
I could do better
I know I could
But what could I do
I'd spill blood
I know who I am
I'm a rapper
What's the good in that
I see people hatin'
Living their lives
Free of the time
Without seeing me you could've gone on
Had a better life
God I wish I was gone
Away from this world
Away from you
Away from me
To live my life as free as a bird
Don't try and say another word
Cause if you do I'll have to stay
Live my life in a different way
And I can't do that
You don't understand
If I went that way you better reprimand
Me for my actions
I'd never do any good
You'd hate me
My life
The way I'd live
I'd always love you
Is that such a sin
You'd never love me back
That I know
I'd be a long shot
A big tow
But we could pull it off that I know
It'd be hard for both of us
You with a wish
Me with a dream
But a rapper and a lover
You don't know what I mean
It's not as easy as it looks
To give up your life
Your soul
We all know
We've all been there
We're not equal
We're not fair
But we see things together
That I know
What we do
You can do too
Just live your life how you want it
That's all I say
Lets just be different in our own way
Give up your days
All of your years
We'll shed a few tears
I know it'll be hard
You'll end up scarred
You'll be marred
We all now you'll live life to its limits
And have fun to be with it
But what I don't get
Is how you left me
I'll never forget
What happened that night
The one with the moonlight
Shining in on us
The one where we made love
There was no lust
Only a longing
A need we both felt
To be together that night
It's what we dealt
A primal need
I planted my seed
And left the scene
What can I say
I'm a floater
A lost soul
A distant cry in the wind
But I'll have to say goodbye
And leave you again
It's time to go
The Sun's arisin'
Lest I burn up
I leave you now
It's time to go
And I don't know how.

I quite enjoyed it up to a point but it was wayyyyyy too long and for a rapper your beat (meter) is well off with too many forced rhymes. I suggest a good edit cutting right back because I do think you have the start of something good here

i almost gave up on this but then

i think you got into your groove a little more, lost the worst of the clichéd phrases towards the end and developed more of an edge to your beat. everything before this (well, almost) was too forced, too hackneyed, too much paying attention to what you seemed to think you should be writing to get our attention:

Cause if you do I'll have to stay

Live my life in a different way

And I can't do that

You don't understand

If I went that way you better reprimand

Me for my actions

^from here it developed, became more a spit worth spitting. the ending was abrupt enough to work for me, but if there's one line of yours way open to misinterpretation and an easy way to lose the connection between your audience and the material it's got to be this one:

"I'm a floater"

dooooooooooooodddd! way too open to toilet-humour references.

I know you tried hard with this, so this is hard for me to say; it's too long and too cliched. Keep trying. :)
