When my heart is heavy and burdened with sorrow
I will not fret or worry for there is always tomorrow

For though I have wasted my days on earthly pleasures
Never once did I stop to ponder God’s treasures

Granting one more day with a flick of his hand
Surely this time they will follow God’s grand plan

Alas ‘twas not to be
For earthly sin is what brought me to be

And though my days are almost gone
God has been there all along

I will turn to God up in the Sky
And I will thank him by and by

I will live to see another beautiful dawn
For in God my tomorrow lives on
