When I was yet a young girl,
innocent with much to learn.
You said something to me one day,
as I lusted for you...
I had pulled a hair that ran
from your taunt stomach
just below your belly button,
downwards
to disappear..
in your tight jeans.
You ask me
"Do you know what that's called"
and pointed to the thin trail of hairs.
I shook my head and giggled..
then blushed at your answer..
"A treasure trail."
You told me...
A small grin playing at the corners
of your mouth.
You never knew
the hours
I spent.
Contemplating your words.
The desire I felt..
yearning to find that treasure
hidden within your levis..
The chance never came for me..
not with you.
But the memory has stayed
with me always..
And I smile
each time it comes..to mind.
