Laying in my bed at night
Surrounded in darkness
It swallows me whole
In its warm embrace

I have been hurt and used again
my wolf friend gives me comfort
laying at my side

who can I trust
where can I hide
unsure of where to turn
I try to look inside

But there is so much pain
Sorrow and anger

Anger for the way I feel
And show my feelings
It makes me stronger
Pain from the way others treat me
And sorrow for those who
Make me feel this way to
Make it easier on themselves
