Over the giant oaks
Pluto hangs near Venus
in the dark stage sky
below, lovers in
a cab take in their twin glow
with moon-widened eyes
out the cab window
the stark graveyard passes by
in ghost-like greeting
once home, they freshen
the roses, then burn incense
for sweet Ganesha
and then, sensing the
ascent of Saturn, they strip
to finally 'die'
