Across three continents,
an ocean and a half away,
thousands of miles apart,
but their hearts beat as one.
Connected by love,
they move in unison,
unaware that somewhere out there,
lies love, fated love, and a long awaited soul mate.

He may go to Europe,
She may go to the States,
and by happenstance,
as they pass one another on the road,
they will glance around, looking, searching.
They may stand in the spot where the other has been
and realize they have missed something-
not knowing that they are missing someone.

Maybe not in this lifetime, or even the next,
will they know each other,
but their souls will be reborn to find one another again and again,
in every lifetime thereafter.
