I hang my head
in sorrows bed
Love one
and lost
I've come to dread
that it too will soon be dead

Sorrow now hangs its head
in a deathly bed,
icy chill that grows colder
heat and passion gets bolder

Time to travel
never wander
to distant lands
I've grown fonder

Time to skip
hidden desire
fully formed
love is stormed

Pains and anger
long forgotten
warming presence
that I've taken

Highway winds
getting stronger
love will conquer
as all with falter

With pangs of hate
never after
it pushes faster
always after

What is happy
with its heart
even after
love can conquer
