Until time runs out
Waiting for her best friend.
To say 'I do' or say 'I don't'
Looking into his eyes
While holding his hand.
Making or breaking promises
Through my eyes you'll.
Blame the oriental lunch.
Or salty beach air.
Make your excuse count.
As if it were your last chance
To hold my hand or be held.
Because when time tuns out,
Decisions made in complete sobriety
Disregard the fallout of indecisiveness.
After building displays of false isolation
Built on a Foundation of unwavering support,
Only she knows how much she risks to lose.
Only he can unearth his sacrifices.
She deserves more than she knows.
But moving on is all or nothing.
Due to the passion we share.
Until then, save pity and leave guilt.
Gamble with seconds or with forever.
Whenever time runs out.
He won't preach that it has.
Instead he'll vanish, and perhaps leave whispers of what she held.
Something more precious than love.
A true companion in this never-ending game.
He wants his wife in his life.
