Bwalyaover 10 years agoAuthor@Ashesh9, Bwalya is actually my first name--I'm from a southern African Bantu tribe called the Bemba. Sadly, Bwalya has no special meaning; it's just a really, really common name among my people, which makes me greatly envy my best friend Mashiba. His name means endless river; would kill for a name that cool... metaphorically speaking.
kitten1964over 10 years agois very compelling. I thought of how many people are out there, silent, their thoughts and feelings unexpressed. This is what I look for in poetry - feeling and the communication of that feeling.

BTW What does Bwalya mean ?? The names of the New Poets today seem to be very intriguing --- Bwalya , Open Field , Educated Owl takin' a virtual stroll on the New Poems page is more excitin' than readin' one's Notifications on FB !!!
