A statue in the garden of desire
True . Steadfast . Loyal
A picture of the perfect servant

The garden groomed and cultivated
Tiddy . Neat . Attended
Wanting not of beauty nor variety

Then

The groundskeeper must away
Not of malice nor neglect nor wanting
Necessity for the garden and its populous

The statue remains to observe
She is the garden's keeper now
The master of its fate

And so

Enter the weeds and fauna
Invading . destroying . removing
The order now anarchy against the senses

A powerless observer in the face of change
Trapped . Wanting . Fragmented
Nature has come to claim Utopia
