Alone in our bed
I close my eyes and crave you
Your male scent lingers.

I need your laughter
I need your smile and your growl
I miss our bubble.

The day passes slow
The pain of missing you hits
and I search for you.

I reach for your touch
stretching towards where you belong
My arms ache for yours.

I walk out my door
sending my kiss to the moon
and embrace yours sent.

Time passes slowly
Only in sleep is there peace
where our dreams are shared.

The loss caused by death
whether dream or physical
Life interrupted

Value redefined
of an hour, a dance, a kiss.
Perspective regained.

Missing him

Nice Sentiments of a lady missing her mate.

Tender thoughts beautifully written.
