The rain on my face, keeps the world from seeing my tears.

Iwonder as I pace,if something has gone wrong.

I fight to stay sane,as minutes stretch in to years.

In so many ways,i've been waiting for you my whole life long.

I worry anew what I will say, when you finaly arive.

Confidence abandons me,my hands begin to shake.

The memory of you smile, reminds me I am still alive.

My hopes and fears have become a dream,to bittersweet to wake.

For the eternity of a second, I contemplate defeat at the hands of despair.

Angziety overcomes me, like a wolf consuming my soul.

I close my eyes,hoping beyond reason...when I open them,you still are'nt there.

You compete me,only with you am I made whole.

In my dreams, I have held and kissed you a thousand ways.

Though these dreams may never come true, I will wait for you...to the end of my days.
