leaves of diffrent colors
snowflakes of diffrent designs
birds whistling your favorite tunes
and a cool summer breeze made for lovers

light rain will bring smells you love
only at the right time
with flowers for every thought you have

a time of silence when it gets to much
rainbows that stimulate your dreams
a full moon when you want it
and fruit just sweet enough,

fresh cut grass just the right height
four leaf clovers you shall find
with your hand in mind

green trees or bare trees
it's what ever you want to see
all it takes is a walk with me

this is a sweet poem

but some of the lines like "birds whistling your favorite tunes" are just a bit too cute.

You have good imagery

But it doesn't flow from one image to the other with any sense of ease. I love the last line of your second stanza. However, both your first and second line in the first stanza use the ambiguous word different, and I couldn't see any reason for that ambiguity. Pick more specific words, and it might brighten those images.

this poem just doesn't feel cohesive for me. It's like I see where you want to go, and I almost feel it, but I'm so lost in the grammatical fragment and image fragments that never seem to join to mean anything, I get lost and instead of walking with you, I want to walk away cause I just don't get it.
