But lower flames burn longer
I may not overwhelm your soul
But a gentle strength is stronger
I may not be most beautiful
But with time all beauty fades
I may not be your sunshine
But when you rest you choose the shade
I may not fill your heart with laughter
But there is joy with just a smile
I could be everything you wanted
Just walk with me awhile
