Will he came online?
I will sit and wait until I see his name
Going through favorites waiting for him.

Reading the things that escapes me now
Why I would ever put them in my favorites?
Seeing other buddies coming online.

Will he show?
He came to me first with a smiling face
Everytime I came on he was there instantly waiting.

Our talks were flirty playing tag with each other
Intense once we talked a bit
Asking me what I had on nothing I would tease.

I can see MisDandyRandy .. AlliWantisluv ..
They are early this evening, we say our greetings.
Of course they ask where is SouthernGentleman?

My heart leaps at his name we have known one another
going on six months.
Nothing could part us.

So I wait and time flies all though it seems to be forever
Talking chatting sharing. The girls get me to talk about him.
I smile as I say he is loving caring .. Thoughtful very passionate.

Telling them how he sent me poems
Written emails with sonnets
How he wish it were me he met first our love was boundary free.

Later it got I wanted to send him an email
I wrote the love I had for him. Wording it carefully to not rhyme.
There it was letter perfect.

My mind scatters.. My heart shatters.. My tears come in long heaving sounds..
He left me where I do not know? Knowing the pain sears my soul.

I will never recover his departure broke my spirit. I cry I don't know if it works.
I loved him could he have ever loved me?

Good

effort - I appreciate the depth of emotion, even in the internet context. There are a couple of typos that detract a tiny bit, otherwise it's a nice poem. Keep up the good work!

poems like this one

make me question the validity of the word love when used in internet context at all. Anonymity is a crutch for people who cannot deal with their own lives, I hate to see people hurt, it sucks...keep writing it will help. and remember, it is NOT you, *some* of the people on the net dont care, so do not blame yourself, please dont ever blame yourself :)
