Jazz butterfly
walk down my spine
turn it into this
technocratic brilliance
shines off your invisible wings
like crystal
I want to feel
you breathing
move into this moment
here with me
and hang here for hours
in the music's spiderweb
I can see you
now
shimmering as you move
glittering things like you
just draw the eye
I want to touch you
hold you and
smell the beat in your hair
want to be you
dancing here
where you stand
light is pooling around your feet
come away
come play with me
dance in this song
for a thousand
beats of your heart
and will it be you or me
is gone when I blink
and you open your eyes
beautiful
shining in the dark
