Head tips back baring my throat to you
You push your hands through my hair
Water bounces off your shoulder and mists my face
Hot fingers trail down my back to my waist
You pull me closer
My senses sharpen and narrow until there is only you
I smell the water, your skin, shampoo as it tendrils across my breasts
I lean into you and sigh into your shoulder
My cheek finding rest on your skin
Not thinking, just being in the moment with you
I graze my teeth lightly across a collar bone and follow quickly with my tongue
Your hands tighten on my hips briefly
Pulling me even closer and I feel your hardness
Your want and need of me
I shudder
Your hands find my hair again and you tangle your fingers there
Firmly, gently, forcing my eyes up to meet yours
Gazes lock in searing intensity
My mind is foggy
Wet heat from the shower, your eyes, my lust, my love
Swirl together blinding me
Slowly you lower your lips to mine
A soft brush, your breath fills my senses to flooding
My mouth opens to you letting you completely in
Tongues tasting, taking in, exploring
I want to swallow you
Want to be a part of you
Careful probing kisses continue as the passion rises
You hold on, not letting yourself rush and knowing what it does to me
I open my eyes and find you watching me as we kiss
My cheeks scorch with the realization and I look away from you
Your hand slides down my hip and you grasp my thigh above my knee
You squeeze slightly and I meet your eyes with mine again
Guiding my leg to your waist, you bend your knees slightly and pause
Searching my face, I can do nothing but allow my breath to come faster in anticipation
You capture my lips with yours and in the same instant you push into me fully
My cry of pleasure fills your mouth as you take me completley
Slowly, throughly, leaving no room for doubt as to your ownership of every part of my being
A groan is fervently ripped from my throat as my body releases itself to you
Over and over the waves come, crashing, grinding, engulfing
I feel myself convulse and tighten around you
My body coaxes, pleads, and demands you to give yourself to me
Your breath catches and you stiffen and shudder
I feel you grow suddenly inside me
You push forward, finding your way into the very deepest part of me
My hands on either side of your face I force you to look at me
Hips tilt toward you and you freeze in place for an instant
Your climax so powerful and beautiful that my body responds yet again
We cling weakly together, holding on for dear life
Moments later in the warmth of your arms, covered with soft blankets
Lovers and friends lie tangled together
Not able to distinguish where my skin ends and yours begins
I drift to sleep breathing you in.

Oh yes!

I liked this.

It had a momentum in the writing that led me on to the inevitable conclusion.

I liked also the way the form of the poem matched the content - short sentences at the start, building to match the increasing passion at the end.
