Welcome friend, we've news to give
to keep you safe and help you live
read our papers, watch our shows
we are the truth, we're in the know
we've tips you need when on the street
be very wary of those you meet
show no smiles, do not say hi
never look them in the eye
our nations are full of evil kind
with greed and malice they'll rob you blind
they carry guns, they carry knives
their bullets and blades are costing lives.

Can you see it? nearer and nearer
can you see it friend? can you see it clearer?

Do you worry how safe is your home?
outside the walls, crack dealers roam
so bar the windows, bolt all your doors
their in the ceilings, their under your floors
paedophiles, rapists and murderers galore
do you really know who's living next door?

Do not panic, do not fear
we are your friend, we're always here!

When outside, keep to yourself
safety in numbers, avoid the crowds
stay in the shadows, keep to the light
their coming for you by day and by night.

This cancer we plant deep in your core
will keep you safe, we'd like to assure
don't be a victim, you could be next
it's good information, are you perplexed?

Paradise beckons for taking the lives
of parents, children, husbands and wives
keep your eyes open, don't take fright
all cities and towns a bombers delight
planes and trains, it's happened before
we'll give you a clue
when the next one's in store.

Warn you we will, time and again
of nuclear mushrooms, toxic fires and rains
so buy some masks and leak proof suits
hide in the corner and shake in your boots.

Swap us your rights for an identity tag
the only protection from heads wrapped in rag
bar codes and chips, we now where you are
when you open the fridge or drive in the car
wherever you step our surveillance will be
a personal escort from yours faithfully.

Do give in, don't try to fight, don't kiss
don't touch, don't feel, don't love.

Beware the rucksacks, beware the beards
beware the teachers, beware the priests
beware the whites, beware the blacks
beware the boys, beware the girls
beware the men, beware the she's
beware your food, beware your drink
we'll keep you friend hanging over our brink.

Do not worry, just take care
give us your mind, we'll strip you bare.

It's not just the crimes raising the stakes
volcanoes, tornadoes, tsunami's and quakes
erosion, corrosion and flares from the sun
earth burning fires, you'll cook 'til you're done
nuclear meltdown, magnetic collapse
radioactive this planetary scrap.

Don't be scared, you may stay well
no need to fear impending hell
heed our warnings, hold back the waves
halt the winds, don't fan the flames.

Keep a watch upon the skies
for falling planes and spying eyes
with giant rocks from outer space
we terrorise the human race.

Now
as our sickness
breaks your back
from another world
