weeping willow
bends and flows.
caresses my skin
as i walk along.
beneath her boughs
she holds me close,
understanding
my pleasure
and pain.

weeping willow
lends an arm,
i thank her spirit
strong and calm,
and carefully
i choose,
considering
my pleasure
and pain.

weeping willow.
i select a branch
run it loosely
o’er my hand
measuring width,
suppleness, length.
contemplating
my pleasure
and pain.

weeping willow
in your embrace
i lose my breath
recalling the way
He bends my will
with the grace of wind,
controlling
my pleasure
and pain.

weeping willow
laid across my lap,
i strip your leaves
caress your bark
we bond, our souls
becoming one.
preparing for
my pleasure
and pain.

weeping willow
soothe my cries
i take it all
then swallow it down.
He strips my fears
and sets me free
nurturing
my pleasure
and pain.

truly was

normally I dont care much for such short lines, but you handled these very well. Also your choice of off rhyme is very subtle and effective and shows an appreciation for the intelligence of your audience ( in IMO). Your description stripping the branch was vivid, yet almost hypnotic.

I have to steal a comment from the previous person, " that was beautiful."

enjoyed very much :)

long lovely branches finger braid

played out in plaid planching passions

woven to the weft of she and he and him

switch witch lash on tender skin

we seldom see the pain within

the word willow is a passion all its own

begining with a kiss and ending in swallows

it takes trust to embrace a brace of sorrows

stript scripts of sinews and forgotten tomorrows
