Weightless Petals
Dew moistened,
Dawn warmed,
Fragrant smelling,
Weightless petals.
Beautiful colors,
Attracting eyes,
Humming birds and butterflies.
Weightless petals.
Sun touched,
Blue sky,
Beauty does not lie.
Weightless petals.
Frail things,
Withstand storms,
Beautiful forms.
Weightless petals.
Shrouded in soft fog,
Swirling little water drops,
Sitting so serene.
Weightless petals.
Like Nature,
I would,
Slowly nurture,
Your petals,
Showering them,
With light kisses,
Teasing them,
Like soft warm breeze, and....
As they open,
And reach out,
To take me in,
I would
Tenderly enter,
And release,
Within your,
Weightless petals.
