what do you see when you look in the mirror?
do you see all your hopes? do you see all your fear?
Do you see the real man that you are today?
Or only the one you plan to be some day?
Do you see magic that glints in your eyes?
Do you see the tears you can't help but cry?
what do you see when you look in the mirror?
do all of your features become much clearer?
do your eyebrows lie flat? does your hair fall right?
do you hate your nose? your crooked overbite?
Do you see the beauty that lies deep inside?
Do you see the woman who, from the world, hides?
do you see your crimes etched into your visage?
or only your carefully crafted image?
What do you see when you look in the mirror?
Do you see all my hopes? Do you see all my fear?
