...not just any woman, but THIS WOMAN
 I love my kindness
 my compassion
 and objectivity

I love my brown skin
 and soft warm curves
 in nothing but
 panties, bracelet, and watch
with afro curly wavy hair everywhere

strong like my mind
curly like the twists of my life
 but the final destination
 is all the same
 we all
 just want
to
 be
 loved
 appreciated
 and respected
 for who we are

I love every part
 of me
 'most every molecule
 from head to toe
 there are some parts
which have
 expired
 or diminished
 over time

but my
heart and soul
 is the magic
 that ignites
 the spark
 of hope

the fires of
 passion and purpose

I love my life

I liked your poem. I’m very happy that you are happy with yourself - it’s nice to hear that about someone.

I love....

....the positivity in your writing but my comment on Big Kel applies here too. You have an intriguing voice, read more poetry and get a feel for composing verse. Above all keep writing.
