about a man
that wakes
a woman's want?

Is it the sight
of muscles — biceps
and pecs under his shirt?
Is it the hint
of strength
in the sleek sinew
of his forearm?
Is it the dark hairs
feathering his arms
that cover him
in silken temptation?

What is it
about a man
that wakes
a woman's need?
