What is Loss?
Loss.

What is loss?

We speak of losing our temper,
losing our cool,
losing our virginity,
losing our keys.

These aren't loss.

Loss is when you lose someone close to you.
A parent, a sibling, a spouse, a child, a lover, a friend.

You've not experienced loss until one of those happen.

Until then, you've merely misplaced, or become, or advanced, or graduated to the next level of being.

Loss isn't about losing someTHING. It's about losing someONE.
