What is love I hear you say?
What is it that makes me feel this way?

Is it her eyes so deep and brown?
Or is it the way she looks me up and down

Is it her smile so full and bright?
That makes me want to hold her through the night

Is it her kiss so soft and sweet?
That gives me chills each time our lips meet

Is it the gentleness of her touch?
That I crave for oh so much

Is it her figure so slender and fine?
That makes me want to make her mine

Is it her laughter that’s so full of fun?
That lifts my mood like the summer sun

is it because shes so sweet and kind
that I cant get her off my mind

why do I stay up so late?
Is it destiny or is it fate?

In our hearts we feel its right
As we confess our feelings night after night

Will she run with open arms to meet me
When I walk of the plane and shes there to greet me

Will she cry When I go home?
Leaving her all alone

My heart will ache and we will both cry from the pain
Until we can see each other again

Absence makes the heart grow fonder
As my plane take me off into the great blue yonder

So is it love? That burns inside me like a fire
And fills my heart with a great desire

And when I next stand at her front door
Will she smile and laugh and love me for ever more

So what is love I hear you say?
Its love that makes me want to be with her day after day
