What could have made it get so bad?
To load the gun his father had
To take his life it makes me sad

Could it be the teasing the jokes that were made
What ever it was it made his dignity fade
And as he pulled the trigger farewell to the world he bade

The next week this boy had his wake
But his peers that attended made a mistake
They truley thought no blame they could take

Because they had teased it was truley their own fault
Because they had criticized him into his own vault
No longer could he take their comments with a grain of salt

And now a few must live with life long guilt
Because of his own self hate they have built
And skewing his family's life into a tilt

So people please think about what you say
Because while you may mean it in a joking way
Nobody wants to bring about this horrid day
