When will I find my love,
when will he come to me?
For I've been out searching,
looking as far as the eye can see.

I've looked high and low,
I've looked under and above,
still he alludes me,
where are you my love?

Perhaps it's time to stop.
Think what else there is to do.
For if I keep on searching,
will it continue to make me blue?

But then there are those
who insist you cannot wait.
For if you wait for your love,
you're relying on a twist of fate.

So, do you look for him,
or do you watch the world go by?
"Someone please tell me," I say,
as I heave a big sigh.

Since no answer is the same,
I do not have a choice,
The only thing left to me,
is to listen to my inner voice.

And what does that inner voice say?
You ask and wait eagerly to hear,
Unfortunately, that I cannot say,
You must listen to your own, my dear.
