Where would I be if we never met?
What would my life have been like?
Even though we are from two separate worlds, we found one another.
Had it not been so, I would've never known the real meaning of love.
At first, I thought I knew what love was.
I was blinded by falsehood, and seduced by fraud.
My heart was stolen from me.
Until you came along.
Even at that point I hadn't realized what I was "experiencing," was completely wrong.
What I was feeling, was a one-sided infatuation --
My emotions hanging on by a thin strand.
I watched him dangle them over my head without any cares at all.
I assumed for a moment that you were jealous.
But in actuality, you were appalled by the way he treated me.
You rescued me, and showed me how a real man treats a lady.
That's how I feel around you...
