Whispers
when the time comes, and it will... what shall i choose
it cannot be known at this moment
but in a moment it shall be known
lingering, savoring, struggling, wanting
call to me when you see i am worthy
appeal mightily, or i shall hear only the whispers
and whispers of the heart i cannot yet attend
