On this misted afternoon,
rain is hidden in the sand…

the alabaster house is silent,
lifeless shadows haunting in the fog…

sea creatures stretch out their arms,
drifting, strengthened by the tide.

In this trinity of voicelessness,
I fear my name is being whispered.

!

pssttt... your name IS being whispered! Don't you know? From the sea we emerge, and from the sea we are reborn! I think you know that. I truly love this... Thank you very much.

I heard death, too

The trinity of sand, fog and tide said "netherworld" to me. This isn't about getting a hard on at the beach is it?

which is it

Lonely? I thought it was death whispering....

for who the alabaster tolls.....

a very misty poem.
