How was I so blind that I couldn't see,
I thought so much more of you,
than you ever thought of me.

Words unspoken, lies unsaid,
memories broken,
from a single word you said.

I need, yearn, want you near,
can it be you just can't hear-
The cries of my broken heart,
the one you left so many marks.

I scream, I shout,
I know without a doubt,
I'm scarred,
I'm bruised,
but I can't bare to choose.

There's something wrong,
how can this be?
Am I the winner or the loser?
When I love you more than you love me.

i liked it

but would like it more if you set it to music, for me it reads like a song, it has that type of rhythm.
