Under long black hair as soft as silk
Her pale skin, as white as milk
Lips painted a deep blood red
Wishing she were somewhere else instead.

All hopes dashed, replaced with fear and dread
This is what goes on in her head.
Father walking alongside daughter
Leading his lamb away to slaughter.
