Who do you think you are?
You change with the company you keep.
Taking what you want and leaving what’s left to weep.
What a wicked tongue you have.
Lies seem to ooze from you mouth,
Like blood from an open wound.
When you feed, you take my heart from my chest piece by piece.
Taking me in bit by sweet bit.
You have buried you finders into my veins.
Controlling me like a puppet master.
Where did you come from? What rock did you crawl out from?
Like the breath from the grave you rise up to take the innocent.
Breeding pestilence and spreading impurity.
How cold is that heart of yours that beats in your chest?
Thirsty for attention and able to shed a tear on queue.
Caring only about yourself, then to the hell with the rest.
Like a parasite that needs to feed.
Like a disease that makes me bleed.
You are a gun held against my temple.
Pushing me onto my knees to beg and plead.
Once upon a time I thought I saw diamonds sparkling in your eyes,
Once upon a time I believed in miracles.
Silly me the twinkle I saw in your eyes,
Was nothing more than the flash of a gun barrel.
Bang! Once upon a time darkness came for me and she looked like you.
