Why does the moon smile when no one smiles back?
It shines a smile so bright that the homeliest homeless person can't understand why, why is it that people can't see the way the moon cries?
It cries for the children of the world she shines her most radiant light down upon.
Why is it that only the purest of heart can understand that the moon is looking down at us and is ashamed to show her self so she hides behind the clouds?
Those that look upon the moons beauty so fair as it is can't begin to know why?
