When I come
the grass lays down,
the trees bend
and the leaves run.

I'll make you
close your eyes,
throw a bird high
and trash rise.

I'll throw things
that aren't nailed down,
rattling chimes sound
and stuff will roll on the ground.

I make a
mornful sound,
when I come around
like a bellowing hound.

When I am
in a rage people run
I'll hide from you the sun
and shoot things by you
like a bullet out of a gun.

I can make you smile
with a gentle tickle touch
I am feared and enjoyed much,
WIND I come.
